1. Establishments Quota
Service Time :

Service Description :
- A service provided by the ministry to establishments wishing to acquire recruitment permits from within the UAE or outside establishments (targeted category: employers).

2. Work Permit (New)
Service Time :
- 2 Working Days
Service Description :
- A service provided by the ministry to the establishment wishing to obtain permits and a new electronic work contract; permit is for two years.
Required Documents :
- A copy of the medical examination.
- A copy of an entry permit for a work assignment stating the date of entry (entry of laborer to the UAE).
- Copy of the contract of employment.
Terms & Conditions :
- The license must be valid.
- The worker must be medically fit.
- The establishment should be on private status.
- The establishment should have an electronic signatory card.
3. Labor Cancelation
Service Time :
- 1 Working Day
Service Description :
- It is a service provided by the Ministry to any establishment wishing to cancel the labour card and employment contract.
Required Documents :
- A copy of the worker's passport.
Terms & Conditions :
- Fees due for not issuing or renewing the labour card on time shall be paid.
- The establishment shall have an e-signature card.
- The labour signature on the cancellation application.
4. Labor Contract
Service Time :
- 2 Working Days
Service Description :
- A service provided by the ministry to the establishment wishing to obtain permits and a new electronic work contract; permit is for two years.
Required Documents :
- A color photo of the worker with a white background.
- Copy of the entry permit.
- Copy of valid medical examination.
Terms & Conditions :
- The establishment shall conduct a medical examination on the worker immediately upon entry. The medical examination certificate shall be accompanied by an electronic permit and work contract.
- The establishment shall extract an electronic permit and work contract within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of entry. The establishment shall submit the application to the Ministry before the end of this period in order to avoid fines.
- In case of delay, the establishment shall pay fees for delaying the issuance of an electronic work permit at AED 500 for every five days or part thereof after the expiry of the 30-day grace period from the date of entry.
5. Register Labor Complaints

Service Description :
- It is a service provided by the Ministry to employer and labors by receiving complaints and communicate with both parties to resolve dispute.
Required Documents :
- Register and existence of Labour complaint from employer or labour and presence in the labour relation office.

6. Approval Payments
Service Time :
- 15 Mins.
Service Description :
- It is a service provided by the Ministry of Labour to meet work permit fees.
Required Documents :
- Company labour card number.
