5. Replacing Damaged or Lost Title Deed
Service Time :

Service Description :
- This service allows owners of land or other real property to apply for a replacement for a damaged/ lost Title Deed. The new Title Deed is.
- Issued after publication of an announcement in newspapers and the lapse of the period prescribed by law for submitting objections.
- The service is provided by the Registration and Documentation Section.
Required Documents :
- Request for Replacement Title Deed signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative.
- Copies of the Passport, Family Book, and Emirates ID Card of the owner.
- Copy of the Succession Certificate, in case of death of the owner.
- Power of Attorney granted to the representative of the owner or heirs.

6. Application for Rental Dispute

- The Rental Dispute Settlement Centre the judicial arm of DLD, it will employ new methods with flexible mechanisms characterized by speed and efficiency. They will facilitate greater accuracy, impartiality and transparency when dealing with settlement issues and matters relating to Dubai’s real estate market.

7. Map Issuance

Service Description :
- This service allows clients to request issuing a real property map, according to the types of maps approved by the Planning Section at the Dubai Dubai Land Department. In case of requesting the sub-division or amalgamation of land plots and issuance of maps, the request will be referred to the GIS Team to verify the planning information of the original, new, or sub-divided land plots based on the information provided by the planning authority (Dubai Municipality – Trakhees – Dubai Creative Clusters Authority – Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority –Dubai South).
Required Documents :
- Copy of the land Title Deed or copy of the map or land number.
- A letter from the owner (in case he does not attend).
- Original Emirates ID Card and passport.

8. Sell

- Transfer of ownership of a property to another party for an amount that values its property and agreed by the parties after the necessary requirements of the Dubai Land department and Dubai government have been met.

- Transfer of ownership of a property to another party for an amount that values its property and agreed by the parties after the necessary requirements of the Dubai Land department and Dubai government have been met.

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Developer.
- MOU Sale agreement form (F).
- Original Lease Letter from bank.
- Original passport, visa, Emirates ID (seller and buyer).
